Lakers’ LeBron James reacts to Kyle Kuzma’s trainer calling him out on social media

It’s generally not a good sign when your colleague’s trainer calls you out on your ability set and work principles. Yesterday, Clint Parks, the fitness instructor of Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma and KawhI Leonard posted a message on his Instagram story about LeBron James and Leonard after the 2 battled it out on Christmas day.
The Clippers beat their competing Lakers 111-106 and Leonard dominated with 35 points, 12 rebounds and five assists. James poured in 23 points, 10 helps and nine rebounds– however shot just 9-24 from the field and 2-12 from the three-point line.
The loss gives the Lakers an 0-2 record versus their competitor this season after the team lost their season opener.
It makes sense that Parks would hype up his own customer and Leonard has been dominant versus James this season. When the fitness instructor also represents Kuzma, this ends up being a bit muddy.
James reacted to the call-out on Saturday, clearing up any viewed stress between him and Kuzma.
“Kuz pertained to me yesterday after practice and told me what was going on and that was it. I don’t actually look after somebody’s fitness instructor or whatever the case may be. Everyone can have their own opinion,” James stated. “At any time someone wants to get some prestige they can throw my name in and people are gon na select it up. that’s why you’re asking me about it. Since my name was in it. I’ve never fulfilled the man, I do not understand the guy, I could care less for the person. Whatever the case may be, I want him the very best.”
