Meghan McCain reveals social media break in a tribute to her ‘hero,’ late daddy John McCain

Meghan McCain is remembering her late daddy John McCain on the day prior to the anniversary of his death.
The former United States senator passed away last year at age 81.
The co-host of “The View” took to Twitter on Saturday to pay tribute to her “hero” in a series of tweets.
” In 2015 tomorrow, August 25th was the worst day of my life. I lost my hero. I miss my daddy every day, I will for the rest of my life. Grief is universal and ruthless” she composed. “For each bachelor who has actually sent out prayers, love & & support to my household, we are truly grateful”
In a follow-up tweet, she also revealed she would be going on a social networks break up until her daddy’s birthday.
” On this anniversary till his birthday after the 29th I am going to take a break from social media. The memory of my father’s life continues to assist me today, as it always will,” she stated. “Remember to cherish your enjoyed ones. I still can’t think my heart didn’t stop when yours did, Papa.”
McCain is set to share more thoughts about her late father and politics in an audiobook coming out next year.
Audible.com announced previously this month that McCain would provide a “blueprint” for conservative politics while likewise drawing on what she gained from her daddy, the war hero, Arizona Republican politician and 2008 presidential prospect.
McCain’s previous books include “My Daddy, John McCain,” a picture story released in 2008.
