RICHLAND, Wash. –Dozens of parents are looking for clarity from the Richland School District. This is a result of looming budget cuts and an uncertain future for special education support in the district. Action News heard from parents who explained their concerns and from the district deputy superintendent who says the rumors are untrue. Dr. Nicole MacTavish says,”There was a piece of info put out there that was very untrue, and it made people very fearful. “
