While you may be a selfie specialist and a filter know-it-all, this most current job at Buckingham Palace will need a regal edge.
The Royal Household – so, technically the Queen – is looking to hire somebody within their Royal Communications department as Head of Digital Engagement.
It’s a long-term position and the salary falls between ₤ 45,000 and ₤ 50,000 depending on experience – working 37.5 hours weekly.
Aside from the substantial salary, other benefits consist of a 15 per cent employer contribution pension plan, and complimentary lunch.
If you land the task, you’ll be engaging a worldwide audience with the public function and the work of the Royal Household.

So your Instagram stories, tweets and other snaps will be viewed by millions of people across the world – no pressure.
“Whether you’re covering a State See, award ceremony or Royal engagement, you’ll ensure our digital channels regularly trigger interest and reach a variety of audiences”, according to the advert on the Royal Household website.
To be effective in protecting the role, you’ll need “experience of managing and editing high profile websites, social networks and other digital sites” and be “innovative with innovative style”.
The job advert describes: “Joining this fast-paced and dynamic team, your difficulty will be to lead on and establish our digital communications method, and ensure that we make reliable use of a variety of digital platforms to support these goals.
“You’ll supply digital and editorial management to a small group of digital media specialists, drive the material technique of our digital channels, and work with colleagues throughout the organisation to continuously improve our digital presence.”
Adding: “With an eye to the future, you’ll work to sharpen and shape our digital interactions through understanding brand-new innovations and promoting creativity. You’ll also motivate development in your team, sharing best practice and establishing their abilities along with your future vision.
“The reaction to our work is always prominent, and so reputation and impact will be at the forefront of all you do. And having your work shared worldwide will be the biggest reward.”
The due date for Head of Digital Engagement is December 24, with interviews taking place in January 2020.
