Twitter users accuse Trump of copying Obama’s social media homage to Kobe Bryant
Twitter users have actually called out Donald Trump for the undeniable similarities in between his tribute tweet to Kobe Bryant and a tweet made two hours earlier by previous President Barack Obama.
“Kobe Bryant, regardless of being among the truly terrific basketball players of all time, was simply getting started in life. He liked his family so much, and had such strong passion for the future. The loss of his stunning daughter, Gianna, makes this minute much more destructive,” This was Trump’s second tweet that he published about Bryant’s death. This tweet was posted on Sunday at 11:54 p.m. Trump posted the message to both his Twitter and Instagram accounts.

“Kobe was a legend on the court and simply getting begun in what would have been just as meaningful a second act. To lose Gianna is even more heartbreaking to us as parents. Michelle and I send out love and prayers to Vanessa and the entire Bryant household on an unimaginable day,” Obama tweeted.

Together with being implicated of taking from Obama’s homage Twitter users also accused Trump of “jumping on the bandwagon” in an effort to score points with followers.
“Kobe disliked you,” one Twitter user LondonBornAndBred tweeted.

“A #POTUS whose name alone creates division and anger. Whose words inspire dissension and hatred can’t possibly ‘Make America Great Again’,” Bryant published back in 2017.
