Position Summary
The Social network Analyst position is accountable for handling fleet communications, developing material that engages the target audience, evaluating social campaigns and helping with other digital and social networks marketing initiatives geared towards the recruitment of owner-operators.

Task Duties

Team up with company leaders to create appealing social material to be promoted via social networks channels
*
Engage with users using company tone and voice
*
Screen and create appropriate public reactions to social networks comments/messages
*
Create and keep social material editorial calendar
*
Preserve social copy in content management platform for brand and executive evaluation and manage the review and approval process
*
Upload and schedule content in Sprout Social for publishing
*
Preserve list of owned material URLs and image library for sharing
*
Handle Fleet communications (Panther Pulse Podcast & & newsletter, emails, texting).

Determine suitable social networks channels to interact to target market.
*.
Screen, track, evaluate and report on social projects, public engagement, demographics, trends and timing, and rival comparisons.

Establish and execute changes based on analysis to improve company outcomes.
*.
Maintain and revitalize ‘About’ sections, cover images, pinned posts, featured videos, picture albums, profile settings and layouts based upon existing fleet projects.

Participate in weekly meetings notifying management on relevant hot subjects.

Other responsibilities and tasks, as appointed.

Qualifications.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in organisation, public relations, interactions, marketing or related degree, chosen.
Experience: Minimum 2 (2) years expert digital marketing and social networks experience with strong familiarity of company applications for social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Prior experience with logistics, customer support and/or transport, chosen.
Computer Skills: Competent with Microsoft Workplace, Sprout Social and content management platforms.
